My “Must Pack” List

Some things that have been indispensable when traveling with L:

  1. Various sizes of safety pins. These can be used to pin up pants, fix clothes and toys in a pinch.
  2. A small travel sewing kit. This would be related to #1, but is for a more long-term solution.
  3. Childrens ibuprofen/acetaminophen. Although many countries carry children’s pain relievers, I would strongly recommend bringing what you use at home. You know the dosage, your child is used to the taste, it’s just less stressful.
  4. Small and large ziploc bags. I have used these to keep toys together, store/keep fresh leftover food items, portion out snacks and vomit bags.

What are some of your must-haves when traveling with your child(ren)?
